Uplytics.ai ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by FastFlowUp. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our social media analytics platform at uplytics.ai.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you sign up, we collect your name and email address through Facebook/Meta OAuth. We do not store your Facebook or Instagram password.
Social Media Data
When you connect your Facebook Pages or Instagram Business accounts, we access and temporarily cache:
- Page/account name, profile picture, and follower counts
- Post content, media URLs, and engagement metrics (views, likes, comments, shares)
- Audience demographics (age, gender, location, language)
- Page insights (reach, impressions, engagement rates)
This data is accessed via the official Meta Graph API using OAuth tokens you explicitly authorize.
Usage Data
We collect basic usage data such as pages visited, features used, and report generation activity to improve our service.
How We Use Your Information
- Display analytics dashboards and visualizations for your connected accounts
- Generate branded PDF reports
- Provide AI-powered content recommendations
- Cache data temporarily to reduce API calls and improve performance
- Improve and maintain our platform
Data Storage & Security
Your OAuth access tokens are encrypted at rest. Social media data is cached for up to 24 hours to improve performance and is refreshed on your next visit. Generated PDF reports are stored securely and accessible only to your account.
We use Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1, KV, R2) for data storage, which provides enterprise-grade security and encryption.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Your social media data is used solely to provide you with analytics and reports. We do not use your data for advertising or any purpose other than delivering our service to you.
Third-Party Services
We integrate with the following third-party services:
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): To access your social media data via their official API
- Cloudflare: For hosting, data storage, and CDN services
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Disconnect your social media accounts at any time
- Request deletion of all your data from our platform
- Export your data in a portable format
- Access information about what data we hold about you
When you disconnect an account, we delete all cached data associated with that account within 24 hours.
Data Retention
Cached social media data is retained for up to 24 hours. Generated reports are retained for 90 days unless you delete them sooner. Account information is retained until you delete your account.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our platform.
