By creating an account or using Uplytics.ai, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Uplytics.ai on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
Uplytics.ai provides social media analytics for Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts, including:
- Dashboard visualizations of engagement metrics
- Audience demographic breakdowns
- Post performance analytics
- Branded PDF report generation
- AI-powered content recommendations
3. Account Requirements
To use Uplytics.ai, you must:
- Have a valid Facebook account
- Have admin or editor access to the Facebook Pages or Instagram Business accounts you wish to analyze
- Authorize Uplytics.ai to access your social media data through Meta's OAuth process
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Uplytics.ai to access data from accounts you do not own or manage
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our platform
- Use automated scripts or bots to access our service
- Resell or redistribute our service without written permission
- Use our platform for any unlawful purpose
5. Data & Meta Platform Terms
Your use of Uplytics.ai is also subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We access your data through official Meta APIs and comply with their data handling requirements. You acknowledge that data availability depends on Meta's API and may change without notice.
6. Generated Reports
PDF reports generated by Uplytics.ai contain data from your social media accounts. You own the data within these reports and may use them freely for your business purposes. However, the report templates, formatting, and Uplytics.ai branding remain our intellectual property.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Uplytics.ai may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control (including Meta API changes or outages).
8. Limitation of Liability
Uplytics.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, we will delete your cached data and generated reports within 30 days.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Uplytics.ai after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
