We offer a free trial on request so you can prove the workflow against your actual clients before any money changes hands. Email support@uplytics.ai with your team size and the tools you use today, and we'll set up a trial workspace.

Treat the trial as the decision point. Issue a real invoice, file a real Mushak, walk a client through the portal. If anything blocks your team in real use, we want to hear it before you commit.

• Monthly or annual subscription fees, in part or in full.
• Pro-rated unused time after a downgrade or cancellation mid-cycle.
• Add-on credits (AI generations, storage overages, extra seats).
• Setup or migration assistance once delivered.

• Cancel anytime. Cancel inside the dashboard or by email. Your workspace stays active until the end of the paid period. After that the workspace is locked, then purged within 30 days.
• Export your data. CSV and a JSON dump on the way out, no holdback.
• Pause if you need to.If you're between client cycles and want to step away for a month or two without losing data, write to finance@uplytics.ai and we'll work out a hold.
• Billing mistakes.If you were charged in error (duplicate invoice, charged after cancellation, plan upgrade you didn't request) email finance@uplytics.ai within 14 days and we'll fix it.

• One trial workspace per agency.
• 14 days unless we agree on a longer window in writing.
• Full feature access. No usage caps during the trial.
• After the trial, you choose a paid plan or the workspace is paused. We don't auto-charge you.

If you disagree with this policy, email legal@uplytics.ai before opening a chargeback. We respond within one business day. The terms in our Master Service Agreement and the Terms of Service control where there's a conflict with this page.
