This Refund Policy applies to any paid plans or services offered by Uplytics.ai, operated by FastFlowUp at uplytics.ai.

Free Tier

Uplytics.ai offers a free tier with core analytics features. No payment is required, so no refund applies.

Paid Plans

If you subscribe to a paid plan, the following refund terms apply:

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

After 7 Days

After the 7-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a prorated refund if:

  • The service was significantly unavailable during your billing period
  • A critical feature you rely on was removed or broken without a suitable alternative
  • There was a billing error on our end

Non-Refundable

Refunds are not available for:

  • Partial months of service after the 7-day window
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Changes in your business needs unrelated to our platform
  • Third-party API limitations (e.g., Meta API changes that affect data availability)

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@fastflowup.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email and the reason for your request
  3. We will respond within 2 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

Cancellation

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account automatically downgrades to the free tier
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your data remains accessible; nothing is deleted upon downgrade
